T-Shirt Builder Hawaiian Style

I’ve got a fun and innovative way to create a Hawaiian T-shirt.  My friend Kim Vale created this card using the T-Shirt Builder Framelits and the the Sale-a-bration paper called Inside the Lines Designer Series Paper.  The designer paper comes printed with the flowers on it, and Kim colored the flowers in with the new Watercolor Pencils and die cut it with the T-Shirt Builder Framelits.  Love it!

Three Things I Love:

  • Keeping with the Hawaiian theme she paired the Botanical Blooms stamp set and coordinating Botanical Builder Framelits to make the tropical leaves behind             the T-shirt.
  • You know me, I’m inlove with texture, so the Petal Burst Embossing Folder used on the Pacific Point card stock is perfect on this card.
  • The use of the Burlap Trip near the bottom under the label has the same texture as coconut husks which of course once again tie in with the Hawaiian themed birthday card.

Sealed with Love

I simply adore the scripted font from the Sealed with Love stamp set.  Punch the sentiment out with the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and layer it on a piece of Silver Foil Paper die cut with the Layering Circles Framelits and you’ve got yourself the perfect embellishment for the front of this card.  Isn’t this a fun fold?  The top and bottom flap are separated with a 3/4″ opening so you can see into the middle of the card.
