Peek-a-boo Christmas

The inspiration for this card came from Shelli Gardner, CEO of Stampin’ Up!  At convention in July she demonstrated a great peek-a-boo card using the Peekaboo Frames Die.  I played around with the idea and came up with this fun Christmas card.
The ribbon pulls a sliding element and a secret message is revealed.
How fun is that?

Only Two Days Left

That’s right, you can join Stampin’ Up! for only $25, but there are only two days left to do that.  this offer ends on Monday October 21st.

people join to have a business, but most join for the fun and discount.  I
like to compare it to being a member of Sam’s Club or Costco.  As a Sam’s
club or Costco member, you pay a membership fee and then you get great deals on
all the stuff they sell.  You can’t get the deals unless you’re a
member.  That’s how it is when you join Stampin’ Up!  You pay, $25 to
join, then you get great deals on all orders you place.  You will always
get at least 20% off everything, but sometimes you get more.  Like when
you place your first order of $150 or more in the first 45 days after you join,
then you get a 30% savings.

something else:  That $25 to join also allows you to pick $26.95 in
product of your choice.  How cool is that? And you can also get a FREE
stamp set from Stampin’ Up! when you place a workshop order of $150 or more
with in your first 30 days.  And to sweeten the pot even more, there’s a
special in October only, that if you place a workshop order of $250 or more,
the hostess (you) get an extra $25 in hostess benefits!  This is crazy I
know.  I think it’s the best deal Stampin’ Up! has ever offered and I
wanted to make sure you knew about it.

can sign and simply get the deal and never do anything more.  If you
decide you want to continue taking advantage of the deals, you only need to
place orders that total $300 or more each quarter in order to stay
active.  Your first $300 minimum wouldn’t be due until the end of March
because they don’t count the quarter you join.
This offer is a great way to “test drive” the demonstratorship.  There is no penalty for dropping, but lot’s of great deals if you choose to stay.
If I’ve peaked your interest and you’d like more information just contact me and I’d be happy to answer any questions you have.  It’s just way to good of a deal to not take advantage of it.

Starburst Technique

This is a card we made earlier in the month at Stamp & Go Club.  It uses the Starburst Technique with the Season of Style DSP.  If you don’t know how to do the Starburst Technique, just pop me an email and I’ll let you know.
