Stamp, Crop & Cruise to the Southern Caribbean

Stamp, Crop & Cruise Retreat 2026 to Southern Caribbean

In January, I hosted my 8th Stamp, Crop & Cruise Retreat.  This time we cruised to the Southern Caribbean on Celebrity Cruise Lines Silhouette.  Over the next few days I’ll be sharing all the projects and goodies from our cruise.

Once I have all the projects designed and the product ordered and cut and packaged up into project kits, I ship a box off to each participant filled with all kinds of goodies.  Each crafting participant brought all the goodies with them on the cruise.  Want to see what was in their boxes?

Here’s the tote bag that was filled with all of the class projects.

While on the cruise we stamp on the days at sea with one class in the morning and one class in the afternoon.  I designed 7 different classes with a variety of different techniques, styles and fun folds.  I design the projects with beginners, casual and avid stampers in mind.

Everyone received a custom designed t-shirt and matching water bottle with the trip’s logo.  The bright green things are luggage handle wraps, so that everyone could spot their luggage easily at baggage claim.  A notebook and matching pen was added to each bag as well as a card kit they could work on in their free time.

Every class included an accessory to use on the projects and there was plenty left over for them to take home for more creating.

I also included a magnetic sign for their cabin door and a table card for the crafting room so that everyone would get to know everyone else.

This 8″ x 8″ framed art piece was one of the class projects and it was a big hit with the crafters.  It used the Notes and Totes Bundle and it makes for a great place to display their favorite photo from the cruise.

We had 37 stampers attend this cruise (some were not able to make it for the photo shoot) as well as lots of family and friends that came along for the ride.  One of the things I think is so special about a Stamp, Crop & Cruise Retreat is that we have specific class time when we’re all in the stamp room at the same time, so everyone gets to hang out with others that enjoy paper crafting as much as they do.  It’s great to meet new people and with so many returning cruise after cruise, it’s kind of like a family reunion!

Be sure to check back over the next few days to see more of the projects we all made.

Weekend Adventure Cards

On our Stamp, Crop & Cruise Retreat to Alaska, I gave all the stampers the option of 6 cards or 6 scrapbook pages for one of the class projects.  This class project, whether it was the set of cards or scrapbook pages, featured the Weekend Adventure Designer Series Paper.

The set of 6 cards used sentiments from the Loveliest Trees stamp set and the Adventure Together stamp set.

The first three cards all used the Everyday Arches Dies to create the rounded banner strips.

The sentiments were stamped on Basic Beige with Early Espresso ink.  The sentiment Die-cuts are from the Textured Notes Dies.

The Old Olive leafy die-cut on the first three cards is from the Pretty Florals Dies.

The last three cards feature the pine trees stamped in Old Olive from the Adventure Together Bundle.

Different techniques of paper piecing were used on these three cards.

All six cards in this set were embellished with Linen Thread bows and a few of the Muted Pallett Dots.

The scrapbook pages used the Weekend Adventure DSP & Sticker Sheet as well as the 12″ x 12″ two-toned cardstock for the pages themselves.  More leafy die-cuts from the Pretty Floral Dies and the Beautiful Motifs Dies.

We used the same basic layout for the scrapbook pages as we did the cards.
