Baby Bumblebee

One simple $7.95 stamp is all it takes to create this sweet little card.  The stamp comes with the greeting beside the baby bumble bee, so all we did was trim the words off and now we’ve got two stamps from one and the greeting can be stamped under the image.  The Sweet Dreams Designer Series Paper inspired the color palate and the whole thing is tied up with a pretty little
Sale-a-bration ribbon.

Speaking of Sale-a-bration, we’re now into the final month of Sale-a-bration and Stampin’ Up! has added 4 new great products.  Check them out.

Two awesome stamp sets, beautiful printed vellum and In-color buttons and bakers twine.  You can earn all of these items and more during Sale-a-bration.  What are you waiting for?

Balloon Bash Chalkboard

When you need a Birthday card really quick, here’s an impressive option.
Start out with a Whisper White card base and add a couple banners cut out from the Best Year Ever Sale-a-bration Designer Series Paper.  The image is stamped on Chalkboard Paper with Yellow Citrus ColorBox Chalk Ink and cut out with the Ovals Collection Framelits.  Top it off with a couple Rhinestone Jewels and a pretty bow on top and Voila’ you’re done!

Pop up Butterfly

I am so in love with the simplicity of this card my Team member Amanda Waldhart made using the Butterflies Thinlits and the Labels Framelits.

The card Base is cut 4 1/4″ x 11″ and scored at 5 1/2″.  To lower edge of the card stock is inserted into the Labels Framelits as shown so that only the lower edge is under the cutting edge.

The butterfly is cut directly out of the card base in the center and a 4 1/4″ x     5 1/2″ piece of Whisper White card stock is attached behind the front flap to fill in what was cut off the bottom edge and behind the butterfly.  The butterfly was then attached to the Whisper White using glue dots.
