What is it?

Did you notice the Autumn Wooden Elements on page 46 of the Holiday Catalog?  These are the cutest little accessories to add to a card or project.  They come 36 pieces to a package and there are 6 different designs. I used sponge daubers to add color to the various pieces.
So I bet you’re wondering what they’re for?  Well, I can’t tell you just yet, but I can give you a hint that I’m using them for my Fall Fest Retreat this Saturday.  Stay tuned as I show you more fun from Fall Fest.

Stamp, Emboss, Assemble, Repeat

Okay, it’s confession time.  I have put off for far too long getting birthday presents and cards off to my six great nieces and nephews.  So what’s a busy lady to do?  You got it, stamp, emboss, assemble and repeat!  I designed one card layout, chose different images and color combinations and got  all six cards done in no time.  Sometimes, we have to take a short cut to get things done, and that’s what I did for my dear sweeties “greats” that range from ages 2 – 7.

See how different they all look just by changing the colors and stamp sets.  I hope these help to inspire you when you’re behind the eight ball.

You ‘Da Man! Class

I will be presenting some classes along with my sister Peggy at the One of a Kind Rubber Stamp and Scrapbook Show.  The event is held in Madison Wisconsin November 21-23rd at the Alliant Energy Center.
We will be teaching all day long on Saturday, November 22nd offering four different classes as well as the Create and Keep event on Saturday evening.  It will be a very busy day for us, but it will also be a chance for me to meet some of you that follow my blog but may be too far away to attend my regular classes.  The past three days I’ve been sharing the first three classes we’re teaching and today is the fourth and final class.

You ‘Da Man!
