Convention Swaps: Round 1

  • One tradition of convention, or any stamping event as far as that goes, is swapping.  I belong to a business training group and we had an organized swap where we each made 50 cards and we swapped –“traded” — for other cards.  I thought I’d share all of the wonderful cards I received.  Enjoy!

Convention Make & Takes

One of the most anticipated parts of Convention is the Make & Takes.
I attended a special class one evening where we used one of the new card kits.  These are the cards we made.  Some of the elements in the cards were water colored, which was fun.  It’s really hard to see in the photos but the 3rd card has a vellum snowflake and the 4th photo has shimmery sequins and vellum leaves.

This is a note card set we made using the “Amazing Birthday” stamp set that is featured in the Annual Catalog.

These 2 cards were made using the “Kinda Eclectic” stamp set (also found in the Annual Catalog).

This note book was also made using the Kinda Eclectic set.

We also made this box using many new items from the Holiday Catalog.  The stamp set is new as well as the box itself, the wood leaf embellishment, the gold feather die cut, and the stripped paper.
