OMG, you guys, I had so much fun this past weekend at an event Peggy and I hosted for other demonstrators. We called the event the Stampin’ Sisters Holiday Hoopla and it showcased products from the Holiday catalog. Everyone got a homemade Christmas lights cut out cookie when they arrived.
We started out the event on Friday night with an optional Shoe Box Swap. For this everyone designed a card and brought enough supplies for everyone to make their card. Then on Saturday, we had guest speakers and display stampers and lots of make & takes and a framed art project.
Janice Weightman gave a great business presentation she called “All Systems Go” which was about having a plan of action to build a consistent business. She also brought 3 huge display boards of cards she collected from swaps, so there was tons of inspiration for all.
Peggy Murwin (my sister) made a great display using the Toil & Trouble Suite and she shared how she focuses on Suites in her business.
Kim Vogel made this gorgeous display using the Country Lane Suite and shared with us how she runs her Scrapbook Club and also a One Sheet Wonder Class.
Julie Davison worked with the Beautiful Blizzard Bundle and created this beautiful display. She offered tips and tricks on the versatility of this bundle, a must have!
Katie Campbell, my niece, showcased the Santa’s Workshop Suite in her impressive display. She talked about her love for Christmas and how the products in this suite are so user friendly classes with beginning stampers.
My display featured the All is Bright Mega Suite which encompassed not only the Merry Christmas to All Bundle but also the Making Christmas Bright stamp set and coordinating Christmas Bulb Builder Punch. I spoke about finding your passion with your business. My passion has always been creating great experiences through my retreats, classes and other events (like the cruise retreat I’m hosting in January)

I may have to take a short break from blogging as I’m having some major problems with my computer and it has to go in for servicing tomorrow. Hopefully they won’t need it for long and I can get back into sharing more up close photos from Stampin’ Sisters Holiday Hoopla!
