Today is my third and final post (for now) featuring the Delightful Daisy Suite. If you missed my previous posts, you can view them Here and Here. Today I wanted to focus on a couple of stunning home decor pieces and two scrapbook pages all created with the Daisy Delight stamp set, Daisy Punch, Delightful Daisy Designer series paper, Faceted Gems, and the Daffodil Delight 1/4″ Double Stitched Ribbon.
Isn’t this bouquet of daisies stunning? You have to look pretty close to realize they aren’t real flowers, but rather they’re made of paper with some sprigs of faux babies breath tucked in. Each daisy consists of two flowers stamped with the Daisy Delight stamp set and punched out with the Daisy Punch. The petals are curled with a bone folder and the two flowers are stacked on top of one another with Stampin’ Dimensionals and adorned with a Gold Faceted Gem in the center of each. The flowers are attached to a piece of floral wire.
Check out the beautiful dish towel which was stamped with the Daisy Delight stamp set. The classic ink is not a permanent ink on fabric, so this towel would be for decorative purposes only, but don’t you just love it!?! Tucked inside the basket we’ve got a dollar store composition note book which has been covered in the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper and some stamped flowers. Wouldn’t this make a great gift?
So not only have I shown you the versatility of the Delightful Daisy Suite in card making, gift packaging, gifts and home decor, here are a couple of coordinating scrapbook pages. The 12″ x 12″ pages start with a piece of Whisper White card stock which has been stamped with the Daisy Delight stamp set in Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Early Espresso inks.
Add some linen thread for a natural element and embellish them with Daisies and Faceted Gems and you’ve got a winner of a 2 page scrapbook spread.
