I think everyone I’ve talked to that has seen the Hey, Chick stamp set loves this particular chicken image in the set.  I love the attitude of the chick with her hair all messed up.  Kinda reminds me of what my hair looks like every morning when I get up and look in the mirror.  Hey Chick is one of the Sale-a-bration choices this year.  Spend $50 and pick out any Sale-a-bration item that suits your fancy.

This card features not one, not two, but three Sale-a-bration products.  That’s right, first of all we have the Hey Chick stamp set, second is the Carried Away Designer Series Paper and third we have the Metallic Ribbon Combo Pack.  The chick was stamped in Basic Grey ink then colored in with the new Watercolor Pencils and blended with Blender Pens.

Birthday card featuring Avant Garden

Who can resist a pretty little flower stamp with some beautiful sentiments?  Not me!  I chose the Avant Garden stamp set as my FREE choice from the Sale-a-bration catalog when I ordered $50 in product.  I love that the stamp set has kind of a “watercolor” look to it.  That means your stamping doesn’t have to be perfect, it’s very forgiving.  I also love the font used on the sentiments in this set.

I stamped the flower petals in Flirty Flamingo and added a stem of Wild Wasabi, then added a couple leaves.  I matted the focal point on Basic Black and tucked a little banner from the Pop of Pink Specialty Designer Series Paper behind it.  The sentiment is stamped in the lower edge to balance out the positioning of the flower.  Attach all this to a card base of Flirty Flamingo and this Birthday card it ready to send.

The sentiment was stamped in Versamark and heat embossed with Silver Embossing Powder, this always gives an elegant look.  I also really like the diagonal overlay of the Whisper White cardstock.   Add to this the sweet dragonfly die cut from the Detailed Dragonfly Thinlits Dies.
