Balloon Builders Birthday
Bright colors and balloons make this a fun birthday card for anyone to receive.
Using the Balloon Builders stamp set I stamped various balloons in Tempting Turquoise, Real Red and Daffodil Delight. I cut 1 1/4″ off the front panel of the card so that the Striped designer paper would show through the front of the card.

The big pop of color comes from three rows of the Cherry on Top Designer Washi Tape. the sentiment from Celebrate Today is stamped in Real Red which coordinates with the star punched out of Real Red card stock with the Medium Star Punch. A few scatterings of Rhinestones and this card is done!
