Farewell: Get retiring products before they’re gone

Retiring list 2016

Stampin’ Up! has released the list of retiring products.  While there have been many wonderful products in the 2015-2016 catalog, it’s now time for them to retire to make room for some really awesome things that Stampin’ Up! has in store for us in the new 2016-2017 Annual Catalog.  It’s an exciting time to say the least.

There are a couple of things I want to make sure you know:

All of the bundles from the Annual Catalog and the Occasions Catalog (including those carried over from the Holiday Catalog) are being discontinued.  That doesn’t necessarily mean that the individual items are going away, it just means  the bundle pricing will no longer be available.  You can however get them now at the bundled savings.

Some retiring products are offered at a savings of up to 50% off.

Stamp sets will be produced until May 22nd and then when the inventory runs out that’s it.

Accessories and tools are available only while supplies last.  In Fact some of the items are already sold out.

You can Click here  to view the entire list.

If there are items you want order them now, don’t wait.  You can go to my online store by clicking the shop now button on the right side.

On Stage Live 2016

We had a blast in Salt Lake City the past few days for Stampin’ Up!’s On Stage Live.  This event has taken the place of conventions we’ve had in the past.  Peggy (my sister) and Katie (my niece) and I arrived in Salt Lake about noon on Thursday and the festivities started about 2:30.  We got the brand new catalog that goes live on June 1st.  It is AWESOME!  Everyone I talked to was really thrilled with it and I’m sure you will be too.  Sorry, though, we are not allowed to post pictures of the catalog until June 1st.

On Stage Live 2016

The most special thing happened on Friday morning… Every year Shelli Gardner (the Co-Founder of Stampin’ Up!) and Sara Douglas (her daughter and CEO of the company) choose one demonstrator of the 50,000 + demonstrators world wide to receive the most special honor bestowed by Stampin’ Up!  It’s called the Heart of Stampin’ Up! Award.  It is awarded to the person that embodies what Stampin’ Up! stands for.  Someone who loves what she does and shares what she loves, while making a difference in the lives of those around her.

They choose from all demonstrators that were nominated with letters written by their peers, customers and team.  Shelli read a few excerpts from different letters that were submitted and then she started to read one letter that made them choose this years recipient.  My sister Peggy Murwin was chosen!  No one is more deserving of this award than she is.  I am so proud of her.

We’re looking forward to the next On Stage this November.  I’d love to have you come along with us as the local event in November is in Madison WI and 4 other locations throughout the US.  Consider joining our Stampin’ Express Community!

Welcome to Our Stampin’ Up! Family

Last weekend I was busy making lots and lots of recognition and welcome cards for my Stampin’ Express team members.  our team grew like crazy with the incredible promotion during Sale-a-bration.  Here are some of the cards I made to send out to new team members.

welcome to our family

I used the It’s My Party Designer Series Paper Stack and stuck with the Crushed Curry and Mellon Mambo prints.  The stamped heart image is from the Groovy Love stamp set and is punched out with the Sweetheart Punch.  The sentiment is from a stamp set I received at convention years ago (it’s one of the few sets I won’t get rid of).

If you’d like to receive a welcome to our Stampin’ Up! family card, I ‘d love to have a chat with you about joining our Stampin’ Express Community.  We are a fun bunch of paper crafters with different skills and creative ideas.
