Okay, I just have to say I am lovin’ the new Metallics Glitter Tape! It’s one of the newer Sale-a-bration items that were added to the FREE choices just a couple of weeks ago. The Metallics Glitter Tape is different than Washi Tape in that it’s a much thicker tape. The package comes with three rolls of tape (Gold, Silver and White) with 5 yards on each roll. The white glitter tape can be colored any color you choose with markers or ink. Gotta love that!
I attached alternating strips of gold and white tape to a piece of card stock for this festive hello card. I added a die cut “hello” from the Hello You Thinlits and finished it off with a few Metallics Sequin Assortment. The Fine Tip Glue Pen works great for attaching things to the glitter tape. Wondering how I did it? I made 2 punched with the Washi Label Punch in the Wildflower Fields Designer Series Paper (FREE Sale-a-bration item), then overlapped the top edges and voila’ you’ve got your self a pair of Party Pants! I trimmed them out with a super slim slice from Calypso Coral card stock and some Old Olive Bakers Twine. The sentiment comes from the Party Pants (FREE Sale-a-bration item) and is perfect for this card.
