Birthday Candles

Look how easily a birthday card can come together.
 
 
I attached three strips of the Cherry on Top Washi Tape to the Whisper White card stock.  I stamped three candles from the Build  Birthday stamp set and punched it out with the 2 1/2″ Circle Punch and attached it to a Bermuda Bay Circle from the Circle Collections Framelits.  The Birthday Wishes sentiment comes from the Build  a Birthday set too.  Ta-Da! Done…just like that!
 
 

Friendship is the Spice of Life

I’ve fallen in love with the  “Gifts from the Garden” stamp set.
I lave all of the garden inspired images in the set, but my favorite part of the set is the sentiment, “Friendship is the spice of life”.  I am blessed to have some of the most wonderful friends in the world.
 
 
I paired Tip Top Taupe with Island Indigo and Mossy Meadow coloring the Stampin’ Write Markers directly onto the stamp before stamping onto the card stock.  The image is framed with the Lots of Labels Framelits.  Did you notice the strip of the In Color Washi Tape? I love that too.

How about a card to pick someone up when they’re down?  Let someone know you’re here for them.
 
 
I used the “You’ve Got This” stamp set which features this beautiful line art flower, the cross hatched back ground and this sentiment.  The Lots of Labels Framelits really helped to frame the focal point.  I cut the largest frame from Sahara Sand card stock which was layered on a card base of Soft Suede.  I cut an opening through the front of the card with the second to the largest framelit and the Very Vanilla piece is actually the inside of the card.  The banner is tucked in between the two framed layers.
