Graduation time is just around the corner, so why not get ahead by creating your graduation cards early. My town’s school colors are Red, White and Black, but you could easily change out the colors to fit your school colors. I used the Reverse Words stamp set (a FREE Sale-a-bration choice with a $50 order) for the “hooray” image, while the other sentiment comes from the B.Y.O.P stamp set, which stands for “Buy Your Own Present”.

Let’s Take a Closer Look
The Hooray from Reverse Words is stamped in Real red ink and the “white word” is actually the white cardstock showing through. Notice the little Silver stars I added for a bit of bling. These are the Metallic Enamel Shapes which come in silver and gold and have stars, hearts and 2 sizes of circles. I finished off the card with some of the Sending Love Ribbon Combo Pack since it comes in our school colors – how perfect.
Stampin’ Studio Tips
- Tip: The placement of the stars from Metallic Enamel Shapes adds a bit of interest and contrast to the straight lines of the ribbons on the left side of the acrd.
- Sizes: Real Red cardstock base is 5-1/2″ x 8-1/2″ scored at 4-1/4″. Basic Black cardstock is 4″ x 5-1/4″. Whisper White cardstock is 3-3/4″ x 5″
