You know how sometimes you just need a simple card to send a quick note to let someone know you’re thinking of them? Well, this is the perfect card to do just that! I used the Crafting Forever stamp set and the Pick a Pattern Designer Series Paper. One of the images in the set is a row of three pens. I stamped the image and colored in the floral pen with the Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green markers because I noticed how this pattern in the pen is very similar to the pattern in the paper. I did a bit of fussy cutting of the pen, and after I stamped the sentiment from the Flourishing Phrases stamp set I popped the pen up with Stampin’ Dimensionals at the end of the word “note” to make it look like it was hand written.
Color Palette

This is the exact same card, using the same image, sentiment and Designer Series Paper. All I did was swap out the floral pen and designer print for the striped pen and designer print, and we’ve now got a masculine card to send out.
