Paisleys & Posies with a copper accent

Have you noticed that copper accents are really trendy right now?  You’ll find copper accents in home decor pieces, jewelry, and yes, even card making.  Today’s card is right on trend with the Paisleys & Posies stamp set and copper accents.  Do you see them?  Look closely under the sentiment there’s a thin band of Copper Foil Paper and just above that one of the Perfect White Enamels Dots as been turned to copper with the use of a Copper Sharpie.  That’s right, you can color with Sharpies directly on the enamel dots for a trendy accent.

Tic Tac Holder for Halloween

Today I’m sharing another candy party favor.  You can make a Tic Tac Holder for Halloween.  I’ve found package of three small sized Tic Tacs at the dollar store for only $1.  They make the perfect size to dress up and give out for Halloween.

Cookie Cutter Halloween Bundle

A strip of the Halloween Night Designer Specialty Paper was cut into a strip wide enough and long to fit around the Tic Tac Holder (the size depends on what size Tic Tac Holders you get).  The paper is wrapped around the holder and secured with Fast Fuse to make sure it stays together.  Next stamp the vampire from Cookie Cutter Halloween in Stazon on Whisper White card stock and color in with markers, then punch it out with the coordinating Cookie Cutter Builder Punch.  Attach the vampire to the candy holder with Fast Fuse.  Stamp the sentiment and punch it out with the Duet Banner Punch and attach on top of vampire bending his hands so that he’s holding the banner.
