Keepin’ it simple today with the Thoughtful Branches Bundle on Day 5 of inspiration.  I so love the white on white look because it’s so peaceful looking.  I also love seeing cardinals in the winter, so I thought the red bird in this white scene was perfect.

The Softly Falling Embossing Folder sets the scene while the tree from the Beautiful Branches Thinlits is attached with a few Mini Glue Dots to pop it off just a bit for a little shadow effect.  The cardinal is from the coordinating Thoughtful Branches stamp set and is cut out with the thinlit.  The sentiment comes from Teeny Tiny Wishes and the card is finished off with the Real Red Stitched Satin Ribbon.

Thoughtful Branches Day 4

Okay stampers are you ready for Day 4 of ideas using the Thoughtful Branches stamp set?  I told you this set is super versatile!  Check out the Grape Hyacinths you can create super fast.  As I was playing around with the different images in the set I realized that the bundle of little dots when stamped on top of one another make the perfect group of hyacinths, so of course I pulled out my Elegant Eggplant ink and went to town on this.

I stamped stems and leaves in Wild Wasabi and wrapped the Elegant Eggplant Bakers twine around the card stock and tied it in a bow.  I kept the stamping very simple because I knew I wanted to use this fun fold.  The card base is 4 1/4″ 8 1/2″ and is scored at 5 1/2.  Next there’s a piece of Whisper White for the inside of the card cut 5 1/4″ x 4″.

The Wild Wasabi card stock is 8 1/2″ x 3 1/4″ scored at 4 1/4″ with a 4″ x 3″ piece of Whisper White on the inside and front of this piece.
